The Central Massachusetts Chapter of the CPCU Society will
install the new officers for 2008-2009 [please see link, above, for the list of
officers] at their September Chapter meeting. The chapter is looking
forward to achieving continued success. In 2007-2008 it was one the select few
chapters to achieve a fifth consecutive Gold Level in the Circle of Excellence
Recognition program sponsored by the National CPCU Society.
The new officers have already made their impact by outlining
aggressive goals for the upcoming year. Last year’s dynamic speakers included
Massachusetts Commissioner of Insurance Nonnie Burnes, motivational speaker
Duane Cashmin, and When Thunder Roars Go Indoors author, Michael Utley.
Several education seminars are
planned along with the scholarship program and the annual fundraiser golf
tournament in May.
